Ordering Multiple Frames

If you would like to order multiple frames you will need to complete a separate order for each frame. We are currently in the process of updating our website and ecommerce features to offer a more user friendly shopping cart experience.  Due to the fragile nature of our framing kits we cannot ship more than one framing kit per box.  

Order Confirmation:

When you complete checkout, an email invoice will be sent to the address you entered during checkout. When you order ships, an email notification will be sent to the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information will be included when available.

Shipping Destination Restrictions:

We currently only ship to destinations in the Continental United States. If you place an order to any other destination, the item(s) may not be sent and your payment will be refunded. Please contact us if you need to arrange for shipping elsewhere.

Shipping Cost and Tracking:

Shipping costs are shown with each item in the online store. State sales tax will be automatically added to all shipments to Virginia. Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground. We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier such as USPS, USPS Priority Mail and FED-EX. You will be notified by email of the shipping details when the order ships.

Packaging:

All frames and accessories are shipped in appropriate sized cardboard boxes in protective wrapping.

Production Time:

Each framing kit is hand-assembled right in our framing studio. Please allow 2-3 days manufacturing time when placing your order.  We work very hard at getting orders out on a timely basis and will notify you immediately if there is a foreseeable delay. 

Shipment is Damaged:

If the shipment is damaged, please report the damage to the carrier at the time you accept the package. If the glass is cracked or shattered and the box appears to be in good condition please read the following:

We do our best to package your framing kit using the best custom engineered packaging materials available.  Unfortunately, we cannot control how the package is handled during shipment and on occasion the glass may crack or shatter due to poor handling, extreme vibration, impact or pressure.

If you believe the glass has been cracked or is shattered please send us an email to info@photofinishframes.com  and request a free replacement glass.  If other components have been damaged, please be sure to let us know so we can provide you with the best solution.

If you do not feel comfortable handling the broken glass, you can request a return label and replacement kit.  Please note that this process can take up to 10 business days.
